Shipping Policy

Please, read the text below to know our Shipping Policy.

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays, if your order is placed by 5:00 pm EST and after receiving your order confirmation email.

Possible delays could happen due to a high volume of orders, severe weather and postal service problems that are outside of our control.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at cart and checkout. 

We offer free delivery in Brooklyn and most parts of Queens. Also, we offer free delivery in other areas in New York, New Jersey, Upstate New York (including Monsey and Monroe) and Elkins Park, PA.

Nationwide shipping is $29.99 for Flat Rate 2 Day Shipping.

Each nationwide order requires a full day of processing after receiving order confirmation and before shipping, so next day delivery is not available for this type of orders.

Shipments are made from our location at 645 Berriman St, Brooklyn, NY, 11208, United States on Monday to Fridays. 

Order status

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 4 days of receiving your order confirmation email, please contact us at info@mykosherfish.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@mykosherfish.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
