When will my order be delivered?
Orders are generally delivered next day by 6 pm EST in Brooklyn, Queens and other areas in New York City. Also, New Jersey, Upstate New York (including Monsey and Monroes) and Elkins Park, PA.
If your order is using nationwide shipping then your order will be delivered two days after ordering (if your order was placed by 5 pm EST).
When I need to place an order to be delivered to another state other than New York?
You can place your order at any time. If you need your order to be delivered on a specific date, please, select the day on the billing details and/or add a note stating the delivery day of your preference.
Can you deliver today?
We can only deliver next day.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently are not shipping internationally.
How is the fish packed for delivery?
Local deliveries are packed on ice and delivered in a refrigerated truck.
Nationwide deliveries are packed on ice with insulated packaging.
What do I do if my items arrive damaged?
