Is there an order minimum?
Yes, the minimum order to check out is $99. This helps us pack and ship your seafood cold and fresh.
How much is shipping, and where do you deliver?
We offer free shipping on all orders over $299. For orders under $299, a flat-rate shipping fee applies at checkout. We also offer free local delivery in Brooklyn, most of Queens, and parts of New York, New Jersey and Upstate New York. We currently do not ship internationally.
When will my order arrive?
Local orders are generally delivered next day by 6pm. Nationwide orders placed by 5pm are delivered two days after ordering. We deliver Monday-Friday.
How is my fish packed?
Local deliveries are packed on ice and delivered in a refrigerated truck. Nationwide orders are packed on ice with insulated packaging so your fish arrives cold and fresh.
How fresh is the fish? Is it frozen?
Our salmon is fresh and never frozen. Fish is sealed in AquaSeal® breathable vacuum film, which suppresses bacteria and keeps it fresh, extending fridge life to roughly a week. You can freeze fish at home for up to 6 months.
Is everything really kosher?
Yes. Most of our fresh fish is processed under our Legend of Jona brand, under the strict supervision of CRC Kosher, and every fish is inspected fish-by-fish. Each product’s specific hechsher is printed on its label.
Do you have kosher-for-Passover products?
Yes, we carry a dedicated Kosher for Passover selection. Availability is seasonal, so order early.
