Returns and Refunds

The products sold on are perishable goods. Perishable goods are products that have a shorter shelf life and may deteriorate quickly due to environmental factors (e. g. temperature, humidity, etc.).

Considering this, effective from 16 May 2022, all return requests for perishable goods listed on our website will no longer be accepted.

On the other hand, if your items arrive damaged or spoiled upon delivery, we guarantee a full refund on your order.

Claims must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.

Customers are required to provide valid proof before My Kosher Fish decides to process a refund.

Once you request a refund, we’ll notify you about the approval or rejection of the refund.

If you’re approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before your refund is officially posted.
