Description

What is Black Truffle Oil (8.45 fl.oz.)?

We shave the highest quality black truffles and expertly blend them with our unique flavour & cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil. Cold-pressing produces less oil than heated pressing but ensures that the delicate flavours & aromas are not damaged. This blend is twice the strength of our standard truffle oils and is designed to be used sparingly A few drops will bring dishes to life.

What does it taste like?

Intense earthy aroma. Powerful black truffle flavour throughout with a gentle olive oil finish.

How should I use it?

Use our Black Truffle Oil (fl.oz.) as a finishing oil to dress dishes before serving. Although the uses are endless, we recommend drizzling on pasta, pizza and risotto.

How it’s packed & shipped
Every order is cut to order and sealed in AquaSeal®, a breathable vacuum film that keeps fish fresher longer. Orders are packed on ice in insulated packaging and shipped Monday to Friday. Free shipping on orders over $299. Local delivery is free in Brooklyn, most of Queens, and parts of NY, NJ and Upstate.
Kosher certification
Most of our fresh fish is processed under our Legend of Jona brand, held to the strict supervision of CRC Kosher. Every fish is inspected fish-by-fish by trained mashgichim for the fins and scales that make it kosher. Each product’s specific hechsher is printed on its label.
Storage & freshness
Keep refrigerated and enjoy within about a week, thanks to the breathable AquaSeal® film. You can freeze at home for up to 6 months. Our fresh fish is never previously frozen.
