1. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to place an order, create an account, or enroll in our text messaging program. You are responsible for keeping your account login confidential and for all activity under your account. Please give us accurate, current information, including your delivery address and phone number. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms.
2. Products, Pricing and Orders
All products are certified kosher as described on the Site. We try to show products, weights and prices accurately, but fish is a natural product and actual weights and appearance may vary slightly. Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change at any time without notice. We may limit quantities, refuse or cancel any order, including orders with pricing errors or suspected fraud, and will refund any amount charged for a canceled order.
Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we ship it. You can change or cancel an order until it is packed for delivery; after that it cannot be canceled.
3. Payment
You agree to pay the total shown at checkout, including product prices, shipping charges and applicable taxes. Payments are handled by our third-party payment processors. By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use that payment method.
4. Shipping and Delivery
We ship to addresses in all 50 U.S. states, Monday through Friday. Shipping is free on orders over $299; shipping charges for other orders are shown at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Because our products are perishable, please make sure someone can bring the package inside promptly and refrigerate or freeze it on arrival. We are not responsible for spoilage caused by an incorrect address you provided, a package left unattended after delivery, or a refused delivery.
5. Returns and Refunds
Because seafood is perishable, we do not accept physical returns. If your order arrives damaged, spoiled, incorrect, incomplete, or in poor condition, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will offer a replacement or a refund. Approved refunds go to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 7 business days. See our Returns & Refunds page for details.
6. Text Messaging (SMS) Terms
Program. The MyKosherFish text messaging program sends order and delivery updates (order confirmations, shipping and delivery notifications, delivery-day reminders, customer service replies) and marketing messages (weekly specials, new arrivals, holiday and Shabbos pre-order reminders, discount codes and cart reminders).
How you opt in. You enroll by entering your mobile number and checking the optional, unchecked text message consent box at checkout or in a sign-up form on the Site. By opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from MyKosherFish at the number you provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies. Marketing messages are typically sent up to 4 times per month. Order and delivery messages depend on your order activity, typically 1 to 4 messages per order.
Message and data rates may apply. Charges depend on your mobile carrier and plan. MyKosherFish does not charge for text messages.
Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to cancel (UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END and QUIT also work). You will receive one final message confirming you are unsubscribed and no further messages unless you opt in again.

Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change.
Your number. You confirm you are the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number you provide. If you change or deactivate that number, reply STOP from it first or contact us.
Privacy. We do not share your mobile number or text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.
7. Email and Promotions
If you join our mailing list, we will email you specials, recipes and pre-order reminders; unsubscribe anytime using the link in any email. Promo codes (such as first-order discounts) are valid once per customer, cannot be combined unless stated, have no cash value, and may be changed or ended at any time.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, photos, logos, recipes and design, belongs to MyKosherFish or its licensors and is protected by law. You may use it only for personal, non-commercial purposes.
9. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Site, including by placing fraudulent orders, interfering with its security or operation, scraping it with automated tools, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
10. Disclaimers
The Site and its content are provided “as is.” Recipes and cooking guidance are for general information; follow safe food-handling practices, cook seafood to recommended temperatures, and check product information for allergens. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyKosherFish is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on this page and updating the effective date. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept them.
