Fresh Fish

Fresh fish, cut to order and never frozen. Every fillet is hand-selected, portioned, and sealed in breathable AquaSeal® film, which lets the seafood air out and suppresses bacteria growth — extending fridge life from a few days to roughly a week.

Every fish is examined individually by trained mashgichim for the fins and scales that make it kosher, then processed under the strict supervision of CRC Kosher. Hand-checked fish-by-fish, never batch-assumed, with the hechsher printed on every label.

Orders leave Monday–Friday packed on ice in insulated boxes — next-day delivery locally, 2-day nationwide. A minimum order of $99 is required for checkout.
